When visiting our Off-Leash Dog Areas you have the option to purchase a daily permit using your mobile phone. By calling, downloading the app, or visiting the website ppprk.com, Passport Parking makes it easy to purchase a daily permit. An annual or daily permit and a dog are required for entry.
A daily permit allows you and your canine companion one day's access to all five Off-Leash Dog Areas.

Sign up for a new account or log into your existing account. If creating a new account, you will need to complete a short verification process and selecet a PIN.

Enter the "zone" number for your location. Daily permits allow you and your canine companion one day's access to all five Off-Leash Dog Areas.

Add vehicle information. License plate number of the car that will visit the Off-Leash Dog Area is required.

Add payment information. Credit or debit card required. Please note: a 35 cent convenience fee will be added to all purchases made via Passport Parking.

Confirm your information to complete your purchase. There is no need to display a receipt in your windshield.
By purchasing a permit, you are agreeing to abide by all restrictions and rules.
An annual permit allows access to all five of our popular Off-Leash Dog Areas. Annual permits for the next calendar year go on sale in early December.
Annual permits are valid for the calendar year only, and are not prorated. Fees are reduced when purchased from September 1 through early December.
During our busiest sales months of December and January processing times are a bit longer. Use your temporary pass as you await a permanent vehicle sticker in the mail.
