Group Inquiry Form

This form is the first step in scheduling your group visit to the Dunn Museum in Libertyville. After submitting, we will contact you to gather additional information to finalize your reservation. Groups of 8 or more require a reservation at least one week in advance to receive a discounted group admission rate. Groups without reservations will be charged the individual admission rate.

Self-guided group field trips allow you to explore the Museum’s permanent and special exhibitions at your own pace. Printed materials are available upon request to guide your experience. Reservations are only available during regular Museum hours. View hours: LCFPD.org/planyourvisit

If you’re interested in a guided experience with Museum educators, field trips, in-school programs and virtual programs are available by request throughout the year. Topics include a large variety of environmental and history education options that support Illinois Learning Standards.
