The work will consist of rehabilitating a clear-span pedestrian bridge of steel construction. It
includes bridge washing, repair of corroded diagonal truss members, replacement of corroded
deck support angles, capping of open-ended bottom transverse truss members and repair of an
expansion bearing.
 
The Work shall be performed at the following Work Site:
Fort Sheridan Forest Preserve
Old Elm and Sheridan Roads
Highland Park, Illinois
