1.            Department of Transportation (DOT) Physical Exam

2.            General Physical Exam

3.            Back Assessment Exam

4.            DOT Drug Screen

5.            9-Panel Drug Screen

                              i. Without THC

                              ii. With THC (post-accident situations)

6.            Breath Alcohol Test

7.            EKG

8.            Hepatitis B Injections & Post Injection Testing

9.            ZPP (lead testing)

10.          Tetanus

11.          Respirator Fit Testing

12.          Audiograms

13.          Work Related Injury Treatment
