Provide all labor and materials for the following.

Demo

1. Demo out existing Rheem Furnaces and A/C units.
2. Reclaim refrigerant from the existing 2 condensing units.
3. Demo out the return air drops in the attic.    

New Installation

1. Furnish and Install new HVAC galvanized sheet metal ductwork per SMACNA standards.
2. Furnish and Install (2) new Carrier 110,000 BTU 80% MDL # 58SCOA110E2120 furnaces with 4Ton cased coils MDL# CNPV4821ALA, R410A Refrigerant.
3. Furnish and Install (2) new Carrier 13 seer MDL# 24ABB348ABN3 and (2) new condenser pads.
4. Furnish and install new galvanized sheet metal plenum on the (2) new furnaces.
5. Furnish and install (2) new return air drops from the return trunk line in the attic (25x10) verify on site.

HVAC Piping

1. Reconnect condensing units and evaporator coils. 
2. Pressure test and pull vacuum on refrigerant system to 500 Microns.

HVAC Controls (stand-along controls)

1. Furnish and install (2) new 7 day programable thermostats.
2. Furnish start up for the new systems.
