The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The CONTRACTOR shall provide and deliver to each location, at no cost to the District, all specified waste and recycling containers. All containers shall be delineated by color or labeling as waste or recycling containers and kept in good condition during the contract period. The containers shall prominently bear the logo of the CONTRACTOR. The District will provide locks and keys for the secured recycle toter enclosures that are positioned at various District locations.
The contract desired by the District is for refuse and recycling disposal for various District facilities for the three (3) year period of November 1, 2021 through December 31, 2024.
The District reserves the right to renew this contract for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, subject to acceptable performance by the Contractor, provided that such renewals are mutually agreed to by both parties. The District reserves the right to extend this contract for a period of up to ninety (90) days for the purpose of initiating a new contract. For any year beyond the first year, this contract is contingent on the appropriation of sufficient funds. No charges shall be assessed for the failure of the District to appropriate funds for future contract(s) years. All containers MUST be in place at the inception of the contract.
