The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Owner will receive competitive quotes for supplying the Products (as defined in Section 1 of the Contract/Quote form) for the project generally described as follows:

Note: All deliveries should be coordinated with the Project Manager prior to shipment. Delivery Locations are not staffed at all times. Vendors should require signature upon delivery – Owner is not responsible for shipments left unattended at delivery location. Deliveries will not be accepted on Fridays or weekends. Deliveries will not be accepted after 1:00 p.m. local time.
