Lake County Forest Preserves Land Preservation Director Ken Jones and volunteer photographer Dale Shields received national awards from the National Association of County Park and Recreation Officials for their contributions to conservation.
The General Office sand the Dunn Museum, located in Libertyville will be closed Friday, June 19 in observance of Juneteenth. You can still purchase permits online.
