Virtual Program-Building the Erie Canal

Ticket Required Join the Erie Canal Museum’s Educator, Derrick Pratt, for a look into the extraordinary waterway, the Erie Canal. Learn why and how it was built, what it accomplished, and what its status is today. The Erie Canal is considered to be one of the engineering marvels of its day. It helped transform a nation by providing a transportation link between the East and the West, and influenced the growth of the Great Lakes region.

Please register each participant individually. 

This program cannot be registered for using a mobile device. Please register using a desktop computer or call at 847-367-6640. 

A Zoom link will be emailed to registered participants no later than one hour prior to the start of the program.
