Volunteer Certified Forest Therapy Guide, 𝘚𝘶𝘴𝘮𝘪𝘵𝘩𝘢 𝘒𝘪𝘭𝘢𝘳𝘶

Forest Bathing, known as shinrin-yoku in Japanese, is a gently paced, guided walk designed to deepen your connection with nature through your senses. A Volunteer Certified Forest Bathing guide will offer invitations designed to slow down the body and the mind.

Forest Bathing Walks unfold along easy trails with some optional off-trail wandering. Plan on spending two hours immersed in nature. You are invited for simple snacks and a beverage at the end of each walk.

Suggested $5 tax deductible donation.

Each session is open to 12 participants, ages 13 and older.
