The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

The quantities appearing in the bid schedule are approximate and are prepared for comparison of bids. Quantities listed in bid schedule to do represent a promise to purchase amount. Payment to the vendor will be made only for the actual quantities of materials furnished according to the contract. The scheduled quantities of materials to be furnished may be increased, decreased, or omitted as hereafter provided.
Bid prices are to include applicable shipping and fuel surcharges.

Purchases and deliveries are for deliveries in Lake County, Illinois. The County has been divided into three areas (Appendix 1). Bidders shall provide a price which includes delivery to each area, per type of gravel/material per ton on bid form, unless otherwise specified.
Materials quoted within this bid MUST meet the material specifications listed in the Specifications. Owner reserves the right to request samples and proper documentation to verify the material meets the required specifications. Requested samples and documentation must be received within five (5) business days to be considered.
