The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The District is seeking to acquire and implement an outsourced payroll service with HRIS capabilities. The District would like a solution that provides streamlined, automated and electronic processing of core HR functions and payroll functions from time entry through all necessary approvals, processing and issuance of checks. This RFP is for the purpose of contracting with a qualified firm to provide for processing and recording employee regular, and all supplemental earnings in accordance with federal, state, local laws and regulations (both current and as amended in the future).
The solution shall allow entry and retrieval of payroll and personnel data through a variety of means from District computer as well as mobile devices. The system must be able to support employees working in a variety of classifications, departments and organizational units in a number of different physical locations. This is a multi-year contract, but no guarantee to renew, based upon performance.
