The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The Lake County Forest Preserve District (the “District”) requests responses from qualified firms (“Respondents”) specializing in American with Disabilities Act (ADA) Self Evaluation and Transition Plans, to assess our facilities, preserves, communications, policies, procedures and programs to ensure compliance with the ADA and create a transition plan for any modifications needed to meet ADA standards and the Illinois Accessibility Code. The selected Respondent shall have relevant experience with all federal and state accessibility standards, and the ability to prepare accessibility surveys and evaluation reports for a Title II entity.
