Lake County Forest Preserve Summer Camps are designed for summer fun and education. The camps are led by our professional educators and trained staff. Many of our camps are accredited by the American Camp Association (ACA). Our staff is experienced in supervision, safety techniques, and activity development.

Camp registration is not complete until these forms are signed and returned to us. Please review our 1) Summer Camp Guidelines, 2)Complete and sign our Day Camp Emergency Contacts and Health Form, and 3) Sign our Waiver and Release.
