Summer Camp: Pint-Sized Farmers

Throw on overalls and step into the boots of a modern-day farmer. Discover how food makes its way from farm field to your kitchen table through hands-on exploration, activities and games. We'll look at some magnificent machinery, plant and harvest crops, and make butter.

This camp is for children ages 6–7 by the first day of camp. Camp will meet at the classroom located inside the smaller red barn near the courtyard. For more details on daily activities, please read the itinerary.

Campers will be outdoors each day, so be sure they have on sunscreen and have a water bottle. Please send a snack with your child as there will be a time for snack each morning.

Please download, complete and turn in all Summer Camp Registration forms soon after registration. Forms must be received at least one week prior to the start of your camp session. You can find all camp forms here https://www.lcfpd.org/education/camps/forms-guidelines/
