Pop-Up Museum: High School Memorabilia

Create a Pop-Up Museum with the Bess Bower Dunn Museum, Cook Memorial Public Library District, and Libertyville-Mundelein Historical Society. You bring the objects to make the temporary exhibit!

Whether you were a nerd, jock, theater star, or outcast, high school was a time for creating memories. Bring your high school memorabilia to the Cook Park Library for a unique Pop-Up Museum inspired by the Centennial celebration of Libertyville High School.  A Pop-Up Museum is a chance for YOU to create a temporary exhibit by bringing in objects and sharing stories. Think of it as a community show and tell. To participate in our Pop-Up Museum bring in objects that remind you of your time in high school such as prom dresses, yearbooks, letterman jacket, or even pop culture items. This experience is hosted by the Lake County Forest Preserves, Libertyville-Mundelein Historical Society, and Cook Memorial Public Library District.

Meet at the Courtyard Cafe.
