Protect our Owls
Learn about local owl species, their behaviors and how human activities can impact owl survival. Then find out what you can do to help owls in Lake County.

Weather permitting immediately following the indoor presentation there is an optional outdoor opportunity to remove roadside litter in an effort to positively impact owl survival.

Meet in the Oak Room in the Education Wing.

Dress prepared to remove roadside litter; wear closed toed shoes and long pants. You may bring work gloves, however, safety equipment is provided. A waiver must be signed prior to participating in the outdoor portion of the program.
