The District intends by way of this RFP to enter into a contract to install a new wireless access system into several District locations.

1. A full turn-key indoor wireless system providing wireless coverage and service at Owner's General Offices. Turn-Key Wireless System shall include Centralized Control Management System with alert notification system, ability to manage remote sites, Wifi-6, ability to configure separate internal and external network access.

2. A wireless system, interconnected with the centrally managed system at the General Offices, providing indoor wireless coverage and service to Owner's employees and guests at each of the following locations
   1. Greenbelt Cultural Center, 1215 Green Bay Road, North Chicago, Illinois 60064
   2. Independence Grove Forest Preserve, 16400 Buckley Road, Libertyville, Illinois 60048
   3. Ryerson Conservation Area, 21950 N. Riverwoods Road, Deerfield, Illinois 60015
   4. Thunderhawk Golf Club, 39700 Lewis Ave, Beach Park, Illinois 60099
   5. Operations & Public Safety Facility, 19808 W. Grand Avenue, Lindenhurst, Illinois 60046
   6. Countryside Golf Club, 20800 W. Hawley, Mundelein, Illinois 60060
3. An outdoor wireless system to connect the main facilities to the existing, local, wired internal networks at clubhouses, for employee use only, at each of the following locations.
   1. Independence Grove Forest Preserve, 16400 Buckley Road, Libertyville, Illinois 60048

Proposals must have pricing listed by site. Owner intends to select a single Vendor to perform all the Work, but reserves the right to reduce the Scope of Work, including reducing the Work so that it includes less than all of the Locations.  Owner does not intend to select more than one Vendor, regardless of the final scope of the Work or the number of Locations at which Work will be performed.
