The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the complete construction of MILLENNIUM TRAIL PAVEMENT CONSTRUCTION, KESTREL RIDGE FOREST PRESERVE in accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications contained in the contract. The Work shall also meet the requirements of all permitting agencies. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to pulverizing of asphalt trail and base, HMA paving, seeding and associated work items.
Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, and transportation which is reasonably and properly inferable and necessary for the proper completion of the Work, whether specifically indicated in this Contract or not.
Whenever the performance of work is indicated on the Plans or Contract Documents and no item is included in the Contract for payment, the work shall be considered incidental to the Contract, and additional compensation will not be allowed.
In addition, repair, replace, or otherwise settle with the Owner and/or any other affected property owners, any damage to property or existing facilities of any kind due to the actions of the Contractor.
