The District is requesting proposals from qualified companies to establish a contract to provide complete and professional inspection/service/repair work. The contractor must be reputable, bonded and capable of furnishing required labor, materials, equipment, transportation, machinery, supplies, tools, apparatus, incidentals, and supervision necessary to provide superior & timely work at District facilities as defined in this RFP document. Subcontracting the requirement is not permitted.

The District requires inspection services for life safety systems at numerous buildings at multiple locations throughout the County. Awarded contractor will also be expected to repair their respective awarded service(s).  The number of locations is subject to change and the District reserves the right to add or delete locations. See Attachment 1 Facility Information Document for the District buildings, addresses, and services needed within this contract and the services needed at each location. The District reserves the right to split the award if such an award is deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
