The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The work consists of the demolition of the existing water storage tank and its concrete supports, Air Compressor and 3 inch line. Also demo two inline pumps, two triple duty valves and two pipe reducers. Provide all parts and labor for the installation of a new Water Tank, Hydronic Pump and VAV Box Upgrades.

In accordance with the Prevailing Wage Act, 820 ILCS 130/0.01 et seq., not less than the prevailing rate of wages for similar work in the locality in which the Work is to be performed shall be paid to all laborers, workers, and mechanics performing Work under this Contract. Occasionally, the Illinois Department of Labor may revise the prevailing rate of hourly wages to be paid; the revised rate shall apply to this Contract.
