The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the complete construction of PARKING LOT IMPROVEMENTS in accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications contained in the contract. The Work shall also meet the requirements of all permitting agencies. The Work generally includes, but is not limited to, site grading, HMA paving, pulverized pavement, seeding, and associated landscaping and pavement work items.
Contractor shall obtain all required governmental permits, licenses, approvals, and authorizations.
The project shall be constructed under a Unit Price Contract. Bidders are to download Excel formatted Unit Price Spreadsheet and submit with their bid.
