The District is seeking a bus charter service provider to provide services that include safe transportation of summer camp attendees and summer concert transportation at Independence Grove Forest Preserve.

Proposals shall be submitted in 8-1/2" by 11" size, using a simple method of fastening. No three ring binders.  Proposals should be typed and should not include any unnecessarily elaborate or promotional material.  Lengthy narrative is discouraged, and should be brief and concise.

Vendor is to supply cost proposals for:

·         Summer Camp Charter Services Routes

o   Standard Pickup/Drop off (Greenbelt Forest Preserve Only)

o   Field Trip

·         Summer concert shuttle services at Independence Grove Forest Preserve

·         Hourly Rates by equipment type for additional services as needed.

All rates (Standard, Field Trip, Summer Shuttle & Hourly) shall be “loaded rates” that are inclusive of all costs including but not limited to staffing, buses, overhead, etc. Rates shall be paid from the time of arrival at the facility to the final departure time from the facility. Invoiced hourly rates may be rounded to the nearest quarter hour. Additional charges or expenses will not be paid without prior written approval.
