The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.
Low Roof Remodel of the Visitor Center at Independence Grove Forest Preserve.
The scope of work is the following:
NOTE: The Lake County Forest Preserve District will supply the wood beams and the 2'x6' roof decking material.
The staining of the wood beams and roof deck is NOT part of this contract.
The contractor is responsible for confirming measurements and quantities.
The contractor is responsible for protecting the glass store front, landscaping, stone patio surface, and retaining wall cap.
The site will need to be open on the weekends so all bracing walls will need to be removed on Friday and reinstalled on Monday.
