The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

The tree clearing project is a mixture of flatwoods, prairie, and savanna communities. Extreme care will be necessary to implement this project without causing damage to existing native vegetation and without impacting wildlife

The goal of this project is to decrease Fraxinus spp. and Emerald Ash Borer host trees. Work shall include mechanical cutting and hand cutting (chain saws, hand saws), brush disposal via chip and haul and selective wick herbicide application to cut stumps. Most of the work site is located in upland areas; however, some areas are near or within wetlands that could become wet during winter months when temperatures are above freezing.
