The Lake County Forest Preserve District is seeking the services of a qualified consultant to conduct a review and analysis of the District’s internal pay equity.  This pay equity analysis will compare pay for similar work accounting for legitimate factors that are intended to drive difference in pay, such as experience, location, and role. Where there are meaningful differences in pay that cannot be explained by these factors, the analysis should then point to specific outliers that should be considered for pay adjustments. The final report should include recommendations to ensure pay equity as the District moves forward.  Qualified firms wishing to respond to this solicitation must provide all equipment and materials described in the RFP document, whether directly or through sub-contractors.
