Owner invites sealed Bidder’s Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows:

The 2018 Planting and Landscape Work includes the installation of trees, shrubs and herbaceous plants, mulching, boulder wall construction and short-term maintenance tasks. The Work shall be performed at multiple forest preserve locations within the Lake County Forest Preserve District (District). The District shall locate, select and purchase all woody and herbaceous plants used in this contract. The Contractor shall be responsible for the pickup and delivery of all plants. All other materials specified such as tree protection, mulch, herbicides and boulders shall be provided by the Contractor.
