Details

Take a walk with a naturalist on the trails at Lake Carina to see the wildlife of summer. Then get into solo kayaks to seek a new perspective of wildlife from the water. Suitable for beginners, although paddling experience is preferred.

Brief on-land paddling instruction is provided prior to launching the kayaks. Cost includes solo kayak, paddle, life jacket, dry bag.

Wear quick-dry clothes (no jeans, no 100% cotton fabric) and shoes with a heel strap and closed toes that will get wet (no flip-flops, Crocs or slides). Bring a water bottle.

Each participant must sign the waivers and wear a life jacket properly when on the water.
