The Dunn Museum in Libertyville, will open at 11 am on Saturday, March 30 due to scheduled maintenance.
The site navigation utilizes arrow, enter, escape, and space bar key commands. Left and right arrows move across top level links and expand / close menus in sub levels. Up and Down arrows will open main level menus and toggle through sub tier links. Enter and space open menus and escape closes them as well. Tab will move on to the next part of the site rather than go through menu items.

Come join us! No experience necessary. Restoration Workdays occur in dozens of sites around the county, some on weekdays & some on weekends. These are no-commitment - come to as many workdays as you can. Children 10 years & up are welcome with an adult (and waiver signed by legal guardian). Please be prompt; the group will often head off-trail and you may have a difficult time finding them. Dress for the weather. Closed-toe shoes are required & long pants are recommended all year-round. Bring work gloves.
Covid considerations Please have a mask handy. Fully vaccinated people are welcome to be maskless outside but anyone unvaccinated needs to wear a mask. Everyone is expected to treat all personnel with respect, including wearing a mask or maintaining extra distance upon request. Anyone with symptoms or who has been in contact with a covid-positive person should stay home.
NOTE: If the weather is questionable (e.g. thunderstorms, extreme heat or cold), please contact Kelly Schultz to confirm before heading out to the scheduled workday.
New volunteers and groups of four or more, please RSVP to Kelly Schultz so we have enough supplies for everyone. View all upcoming workdays »
