Investigate Invertebrates Series

Details

Some have legs, some don't. Some fly, others crawl, hop or swim. One thing they all have in common is they don't have a backbone. Explore the wondrous world of invertebrates found on land and in water.

Summer Adventures for ages 4 through 16. This program is for children ages 6-12 by the first day of the program with an adult.

By registering for the series, you are registered for both July 11th & July 13th programs.

July 11th: Aquatic invertebratees at Grant Woods. Monaville Road entrance.

July 13th: Prairie invertebrates at Pine Dunes.

Adult supervision is required.

Cost includes one free adult per child. Register both child and adult.

Lightweight long sleeves, pants and closed toe shoes recommended.

July 11: Meet at Grant Woods. Monaville Rd. entrance. Follow signs to pond. Shoes or boots you don't mind getting wet and muddy recommended.

July 13: Meet at Pine Dunes.
