Artists Pat Kruse and Terri Hom “Binesikwe” share the story behind their collaborative birchbark quill cradle, Celebration of Life. Rooted in Ojibwe tradition, this piece honors children as sacred gifts from the Creator and reflects a deep commitment to cultural revitalization. Their artist talk will highlight the traditional techniques, materials, and meaning behind the cradle—offering insight into a shared journey of mentorship and Indigenous knowledge.

This program will take place in the North Shore Gas Classroom.
