Paddling Camp
Learn about the history and ecology of Lake County rivers and lakes, and how we affect these natural places. Discover these connections while paddling tandem canoes, kayaks, and the 34-foot Voyageur canoe.
Learn safe paddling practices and rescue skills, play paddling games, meet new friends, and have lots of water-based fun. If you’ve paddled before or would like to try something new, this camp could be for you. Please bring a sack lunch. Fee includes camp t-shirt. Activities and paddling sites may vary due to water and weather conditions.
For children entering grades 8 - 9.
