The beautifully designed 19,000-square-foot Visitors Center is situated along the east shore of the preserve's 115-acre lake. The facility offers a spacious interior with a classroom, nature, history and traveling exhibits and a cafe with indoor and outdoor service. Walls of windows offer panoramic views of the lake and preserve.

The Center's largest rental space, Audubon Hall accommodates up to 350 people. It features elevated ceilings and a spacious design, making it the perfect setting for your next celebration or corporate meeting. More intimate settings are available by reserving one of the smaller partitioned spaces. For warm weather events, the indoor space flows easily outdoors onto a covered veranda.
The picturesque Millennia Plaza and surrounding amphitheater, fountain and native garden is an ideal setting for a variety of special programs, events and outdoor celebrations. For rental and catering arrangements, call Events at Independence Grove, 847-247-1111.
