Prehistoric Lake County

Young archeologists uncover the past from the Paleozoic Era to the Ice Age, digging into prehistoric cultures. As a junior geologist, your child will explore Lake County's dynamic shift from shallow seas to mile-high glaciers. They'll discover the diversity of plants and animals from teeny trilobites to mega mastodons.

Monday - Friday: 9am-3pm

Cost per session:

Resident: $ 169 per child


Nonresident: $ 237 per child
Fee includes a t-shirt. Please bring your own lunch and snacks.

Sessions: Entering 2nd grade, 3rd grade or 4th grade in the fall
