Tasting History
Oh, there is nothing like a frankfurter and hard-boiled egg aspic! 1950s cooking was whimsical, colorful and at times a bit dangerous. This historical cooking class will introduce you to some of it in an amusing, entertaining and delicious way.

In this two hour class, participants will be given a demonstration in how to prepare an authentic 1950s meal. Our meal will include two canapés, a salad, main dish, and dessert. All participants will be allowed to sample each dish.
