If you can’t make the trek to the Carbondale area for the solar eclipse, stop by Ryerson Woods Welcome Center on August 21 from 11:30-3:00. We will be celebrating with activities, crafts and light refreshments during the eclipse with totality viewing at 1:19 PM. The viewing will be indirect projection viewing and not looking directly at the sun. We will have supplies to make your own viewer and we will have equipment to view the projection.
