Owner invites sealed Bidder’s Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows:

CONTRACTOR will be responsible for furnishing all materials, equipment, labor and incidental items necessary for the implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the NORTH MILL CREEK CHANNEL RESTORATION improvements at the locations shown on the drawings.  The contracted work involves the removal of the existing Rasmussen Lake Dam, an upstream low head dam, channel restoration grading and in-stream features installation, bank stabilization grading, an in-stream water management plan and erosion control measures, tree/brush clearing, significant wetland planting, and upland restoration seeding.  The project also includes 3 years of ecological management, wetland monitoring and reporting.
