Owner invites sealed Bidder’s Proposals for the Work described in detail in the Contract and generally described as follows:

This work will consist of demolition and new construction.  Phase One is the demolition of concrete walks, concrete planter and removal of concrete pavers.  The demolition will also include the removal of the surface course of asphalt paving.  Phase Two is the construction of new sidewalks, handicap parking stalls and new bituminous paving.
