Description:

The Work to be performed under this Contract consists of the complete construction of Waukegan Savanna Forest Preserve Dog Exercise Area in accordance with the Plans, Contract Documents and Specifications contained in the contract. The Work shall also meet the requirements of all permitting agencies.  The Work generally includes, but is not limited to construction of new 11-acre dog exercise area, including site grading, a 60-car HMA parking lot and entry drive, poured concrete curbs, footings and pedestrian surfaces, water service connection with two (2) drinking fountains, one (1) prefabricated vault toilet building, drainage, fine grading and seeding, and improvements to Yorkhouse Road, including new right-turn lane, intersection modifications and resurfacing.
